I've have had a variety of drinks hot and cold at this location and it's always just right. The bakery items I have had were delicious and they are willing to heat up most anything they have. If you are a fan of the Double Chocolate Chunk Brownie, then ask them to heat it up and you will be happy. The employees have always been friendly and helpful. One downside is that the inside isn't very big and can get cramped at times. They have some tables and a small couch area and they fill up quick depending on the time of day, so if it's real busy and the line is long it's kind of easy to get lost in a cluster of people and feel cramped. There is also tables and chairs outside and on certain days it's real nice to sit out there. Pretty much your basic SB and thankfully consistent with the drinks. The patio area is dog friendly and there is a drive-thru.

I went here before I drove from St. George to Las Vegas. Quick service. The parking lot was a little tricky to get in with a SUV.

I come here almost every single day and every day the employees at this location brighten my day! They are so friendly, quick, and accurate! The wait is always so short and my drink is always delicious! When I ask for extra caramel they never under do it! The older gentleman that works the drive thru is so awesome! He always has a story or something sweet to say! I will forever be a loyal customer!

In my short time in St. George, this Starbucks became my second home. The baristas made the effort to get to know me and always made me feel welcomed. I looked forward to seeing their warm smiles every day. Thanks for allowing me to feel so comfortable and consistently making the best cup of coffee I could ever ask for. A great environment for creativity and productivity!

Slow, slow, slow... the drive thru is soooo slow! The employees waste time with unnecessary questions. Waited for 20 minutes in line and then the girl was chatting with friends when I pulled up with my drink just sitting there., and this happens every morning! At 5:30am they are still slow! I live in the area and will not return to this Starbucks again.

Pretty disappointing visit. My mocha was very bitter, even with the hazelnut sweetener. They served the guy ahead of me a salted caramel mocha but when I asked for the same, I was told is have to "come back Tuesday, when the seasonal drink begins."

I love this place. Always a very friendly staff, quick friendly service. Store is smaller than most I am familiar with but it is what is. Personally I find the best thing about this Starbucks is the staff. It's managed very well.

The new pastries from La Boulange Bakery, now at Starbucks, are awesome. Starbucks warms them up and they are delicious! I have tried 5 different selection and have been pleases with all of them. I'm not sure how long they are going to have these items but highly recommend to all

This specific Starbucks is the horrific. Its not the coffee, its not the building, its not the patrons, its the staff. It would be one thing if it was just one or two of the Barista's, however, my problem is the Manager and two of the "Shift" Leaders. I now know them by name. The manager, Nalani is a very rude woman, some of the patrons I spoke with, refer to her as the "witch of the bluff store". This older woman with jet black dyed long hair and red lipstick looks similar to the old maid from "American Horror Story". She always is talking about certain customers behind their backs to her Shift Leaders, you can see them gossiping like hens behind the counter. One of the Shift Leaders that I just can't stand is named Val. Another older lady with short blonde hair and glasses, naturally mean looking.. She will literally talk crap about you, in front of you, to one of her Barista's, if you tell her that she made your drink wrong. She yelled at one of my kids for asking to get a cup of water for her coughing grandmother. Finally the last "Shift" Leader's name is Brandy. Short Latino woman in her mid 40's with black rimmed glasses and short black hair. This lady is always acting tired, like she is super important or has somewhere else to be. She is always hunched over, grabbing her head like she is having some mental breakdown. She is just unapproachable, so gawd forbid you needed something and she is the only one that the till, I would be afraid if she bit my head off for disturbing her... However, as far as the rest of the Barista's and Shift Leaders are concerned, they aren't too bad if you get them, too bad you can't just nip the problem right in the bud, the manager, then take out those other two ladies, problem solved, replace them with some friendly people, all done, good store then. Anyway, to the the Red Cliffs Starbucks, the people there are so much cooler than the bluff store.

This is the best Starbucks I have ever been to. Their service is always spot-on. The baristas are super upbeat and genuinely friendly. I admit I will go here somedays just to let them lift my spirits. They take the time to really get to know you and your order. And they are super nice to my kids. So extra brownie points. I haven't had anything bad here, but my usual order is an iced White Mocha w/soy in the summer and a hot Earl Grey tea w/soy in the winter. Seasonal lattes are always good as well. And their kids drinks are great. Only place I can get a soy hot-chocolate for my allergic kiddos.

I ordered a pound of "whole bean" coffee and was promptly asked how I wanted it ground. Again, I said I wanted whole bean. On top of this listening skill deficit, the cashier chose to use terms of endearment which are annoying and inappropriate. I do not care to be called sweetie or dear. Not sure if Starbucks has changed its corporate policy to allow freewheeling communications. Suggest, the "sweethearts" clean up their act.

I visit Starbucks at least once a week and this was the worst experience at a Starbucks I've seen. Complete lack of customer service. Walked up to the counter and was ignored by the baristas completely. Regardless of the technical difficulties you're having please great your customers or at least acknowledge they're standing in front of you. I would've walked out, but you do have 1 employee with some sense. A nice young lady with short dark hair finally stepped up and helped us. Pat her on the back for a job well done.

The Management and supervisors are the Best! Nolani, Kahea and Sage provide extraordinary customer care and service! We moved here from Newport Beach, California, and Laguna Beach, California and appreciate the same great service and products!

Went thru the drive-thru. Simple order of a tall latte & grande black. Lo & behold they screwed it up. Got two blacks. Had to drive back and get fixed. The blonde couldnt figure it out?? Finally had to walk thru the receipt. Got small latte, no apology, no thank you...no respect.

Like most locations. Good service and great to have an iced tea on a day like this. I know iced tea sounds funny, but after climbing over boulders in this blazing sun looking for Indian rock art, a nice venti iced tea is the go to drink for me. I can enjoy an espresso later. Wifi always a bonus! I checked my email with my iPhone and all was right with the world except for the scrapes and cuts on my legs from the boulders.

This Starbucks is in the Northwest vicinity of St. George, and the only Starbucks along Utah Route 18, a heavily travel led St. George thoroughfare. On the way back from Snow Canyon State Park, out of all things I pulled in here to replenish my thirst with a bottle of Ethos water ($2), and hang out in a comfortable establishment like Starbucks. When I hung out here around 3 PM, there was a Happy Hour promotion where a Frapucino is half price. I gave the newest flavor, Coconut Mocha a tasting. For the record I recommend it. I especially enjoyed the sprinkling of coconut flakes mixed in with the whip cream. As far as a Starbucks experience, this Starbucks gets good ratings. There seemed to be an abundance of sofa and plush seating. The cafe kind of reminded me of the inside of a Victorian cottage. There is a neat bulletin board displaying pictures of customers pets and Starbucks locations throughout the world. This Starbucks affords a great view of the Red Cliffs. If I return to Snow Canyon, I could see myself doing another check in here

To be honest, I had the most flavorful caramel light frappuccino of my LIFE at this Starbucks. It was made with a lot of love by some very nice workers. Every person who walked in before and after us was greeted by name and asked if they wanted "the usual". Gotta love small town living! The only downside was that this location seems grossly understaffed. As a result, the workers were engaged in a bizarre, frantic coffee brigade, squirting shots into cups and then leaving them to sit while they took orders. When each worker returned to the cup (or sometimes a different worker), he or she didn't know what was in the cup and had to start over. It was so strange. However, the workers were really apologetic. I actually felt bad for them - they seemed so overworked and frenzied. I will be back to this Starbucks when I return to St. George based on the good service and quality product. I appreciate crews that provide friendly service even when things aren't ideal. They can't be faulted for the less-than-ideal staffing. They did everything possible to make our experience positive.
